Hazel Madine Kelley (Reynolds)
January 25, 1936 – November 2, 2025
Hazel Madine Kelley was born January 25, 1936, to the late Eugene and Percy Reynolds in Harpersville, AL.
She was preceded in death by her husband of many years, Wiltha Ren Kelley; one daughter, Cheryl Kelley; one son, Eric Kelley; parents, Eugene and Percy Reynolds; and two sisters and may other aunts, uncles, and other family members.
Hazel was a graduate of Shelby County Training School Class of 1954.
She was a life-long member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Harpersville, AL, where she served on the Usher Board, Missionary Group (The Pearls), Deacons Wives Ministry, Trustee Wives Ministry, and Minister Wives Ministry.
Hazel loved spending time watching the QVC channel and ordering anything she felt she needed, sewing, planting flowers and most importantly spending time with family and dear friends.
Hazel entered eternal rest on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at her residence in Harpersville, AL, surrounded by her close family.
She leaves to cherish her most precious memories: two sons, Brian Kelley of Dallas, TX, and Jason (Candace) Kelley of Chelsea, AL; one daughter in-law, Gussie Kelley of Vincent, AL; eight grandchildren, Derius Lashaun Kelley, Weslan Rashad Kelley, Natysha Threatt, Tylar Threatt, Ashia Carroll, Jeremy Wallace, Ardrevian Wallace, and Ashley (Marion) Mike; eight great-grandchildren, Kamari, Carter, Tristan, Austin, JayLeah, Kayden, Madison, and Amira; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. A thank you to her care giver, LaToiya Cottingham with Enhabit Home Hospice.
